Ranbir Kapoor turned a year older today. The actor is celebrating his 43rd birthday on September 28, 2025. Even in his 40s, RK has maintained a physique that not only inspires but also leaves many in awe. On the occasion of his special day, let’s take a look at his balanced diet and disciplined workout routine.In 2022, while speaking to Aaj Tak, Ranbir Kapoor’s fitness trainer Shivoham revealed interesting details about the actor’s diet. He also shared that there was a time when Kapoor went without eating roti for almost 1.5 years.

In the interview, Shivoham explained that the actor is very particular when it comes to food. He said, “Ranbir does not like sweets or fried food. He doesn’t even prefer eating outside. He always opts for simple, home-cooked meals.”The trainer revealed that the Animal star loves burgers, and on cheat days, he enjoys indulging in them. Talking about his diet, Shivoham shared, “For breakfast, he consumes eggs, a protein shake, and brown bread. Lunch usually includes brown rice, chicken, dal, and green vegetables.” Elaborating further, the trainer added, “Snacks consist of dry fruits and protein shakes, while dinner is kept light.” He also mentioned that RK prefers “brown rice, toast, or even biryani instead of roti.”

Ranbir Kapoor’s maintained physique

In the same interview, Shivoham discussed the supplements Ranbir Kapoor incorporates into his routine. The trainer shared that the actor takes protein, glutamine, and multivitamins. He further added that the star of the Kapoor clan understands one cannot fool the camera. “With proper sleep, a clean diet, consistent workouts, and adequate hydration, he (Ranbir) maintains his toned and fit physique,” he said.
