Dripping in oil and in a short robe-how Manish met SRK

Dripping in oil and in a short robe-that’s How Manish Chaudhari first met Shah Rukh Khan

Actor Manish Chaudhari shared his unusual first meeting with Shah Rukh Khan on Aryan Khan’s debut show. Drenched in oil and wearing a short robe after a spa scene, Chaudhari was kindly embraced by SRK despite his awkward state. Their second encounter saw SRK humorously recalling the “practically naked” first meeting, creating unforgettable memories for Chaudhari.

Actor Manish Chaudhari who played the role of Freddy Sodawallah in Aryan Khan’s debut show The Ba***ds of Bollywood, recently recalled his unusual first meeting with Shah Rukh Khan on the sets of Aryan Khan’s debut show He shared a hilarious behind-the-scenes memory from a late-night shoot that simply asserts the kindness and large heartedness of King Khan.During his conversation with Filmy Gyan, Manish said “We were shooting the spa scene where Freddy is getting a massage and four goons try to nab him. There’s a chase sequence in it, and while shooting at night, I needed to go to the bathroom. I was walking in front of Aryan’s screens when suddenly I saw Shah Rukh Khan sitting there”.The actor explained that his costume for the scene made the encounter even more awkward. “Now if you’ve seen the spa scene, you know what my clothes were in it. Luckily, I had a short robe on. I was drenched in oil because we had already done the action scene where I poured oil on my body to escape the attackers,” he laughed. It was then that SRK walked up to him. “I looked at him, and he came towards me. I said, ‘Sir, don’t hug me, because you know, I have oil on my body.’ But he was like, ‘Koi nahi… aaja.’ That was my first meeting with him,” Manish recalled. The second meeting was just as memorable. “When we met again on set, he came from behind, and I turned back and said, ‘Sir, how are you?’ And he told me, ‘When we met for the first time, you were practically naked’. And when the time came to do the scene with him… I was on Mount Everest,” he said. The show also featured Bobby Deol, Lakshya, Raghav Juyal , Sahher Bambaa, Anya Singh, Manoj Pahwa, Mona Singh and Rajat Bedi.
