Student Protest: Student Protester Hospitalised After Health Deteriorates at Ranchi Agitation

A student protester participating in the ongoing agitation in Ranchi was rushed to hospital after his health deteriorated significantly during the demonstration. Doctors attending the protest site reported that the student’s pulse rate had increased sharply and his blood pressure had risen to a dangerous level, creating a serious risk to his life if immediate medical care was not provided. Although the protester initially refused to leave the demonstration, medical professionals explained that the necessary treatment facilities were unavailable at the protest venue and insisted on shifting him to Sadar Hospital for further care. The student, a JPSC aspirant, had been actively participating in the protest against alleged irregularities in competitive examinations, including repeated paper leaks and examination cancellations. His condition underscored the physical toll the prolonged agitation has taken on participants.
