Bollywood’s Badshah Shah Rukh Khan has been heavily rumoured to make a cameo appearance in Tollywood giant Allu Arjun’s upcoming film ‘Raaka’ directed by ‘Jawan’ fame Atlee. Some reports even claimed that the Bollywood superstar would shoot his scenes during an overseas schedule. However, the latest update suggests that these reports are not true.

Shah Rukh Khan is not in ‘Raaka’

A report by Bollywood Hungama claims that Shah Rukh Khan, is not a part of the upcoming sci-fi film, ‘Raaka’ and does not have a cameo in it.The report further suggests that despite Atlee sharing a strong professional relationship with Shah Rukh after ‘Jawan’, the actor was never approached for the project. This comes at a time when fans of both the superstars were looking forward to them sharing a screen.Earlier, a report surfaced that the makers will be shooting SRK’s cameo during an overseas schedule.

About ‘Raaka’

Speaking of ‘Raaka’, the film is touted to be a grand scale sci-fi spectacle where Allu Arjun is expected to be seen in multiple characters. It includes Bollywood’s heavyweight Deepika Padukone as the female lead and is reported to include Mrunal Thakur, Janhvi Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu and Jim Sarbh in important roles. There are also reports which suggest Vijay Sethupathi being part of the film however, the makers have not officially confirmed the full cast yet.The music is being composed by Sai Abhyankkar. The makers are yet to announced the release date.

About ‘King’

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is currently with his upcoming action thriller ‘King’, directed by Siddharth Anand. The film will mark Suhana Khan’s theatrical debut alongside her father.The film also marks the reunion of Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in the leading roles. The film also includes Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Arshad Warsi, Rani Mukerji, Jaideep Ahlawat, Raghav Juyal and Abhay Verma.It is scheduled to release in theatres on December 24, 2026.
