Jennifer Lopez knows how to get ‘On The Floor’ – and pick extravagant residences to shelter her eclectic careers in Hollywood. The 56-year-old artist carved herself a name in the music industry with ‘Ain’t Your Mama,’ ‘Dance Again,’ and ‘I’m Into You,’ as well as in the entertainment industry with ‘Unstoppable,’ ‘The Wedding Planner,’ ‘Maid in Manhattan,’ ‘Selena,’ and ‘Marry Me.’ With her unmatched contributions, the actress-singer invested in a range of properties in hot spots.Over the years, Lopez upgraded her space, style, interiors, and amenities, becoming one of the real estate moguls. Whether it’s a stylish koi pond or a tennis court, the abodes came with lavish comfort. Here’s a closer look at Jennifer Lopez’s multi-million dollar portfolio!

The Summit Mansion in Los Angeles

In 2000, Jennifer Lopez purchased a stunning USD 4.3 million mansion in Los Angeles for the first time. Inside a gated enclave, the property consisted of seven bedrooms and seven and a half baths. Adorned with modern aesthetics, the museum-like main house came with a guesthouse, an infinity-edge swimming pool, a tennis court, playground, and chicken coop, according to Architectural Digest. The actress sold the place in 2004 for USD 10.9 million.

Long Island homestead with Marc Anthony

Beyond the headlines with Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez had another iconic romance with Marc Anthony. She moved in with the Latin music star’s Georgian-style brick mansion. However, she purchased another house across the street for USD 2 million, and combined them into a humongous estate. After welcoming the twins, Emme and Max, in 2008, they split in 2014. Marc Anthony sold the estate in 2017 for USD 4.5 million.

Hidden Hills abode

Jennifer Lopez invested in a stylish Hidden Hills estate in 2010 for USD 8.2 million. The traditional abode was divided into two structures, with nine bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms spread over a wide area. The amenities included a dance studio, a professional recording studio, a 20-seat theatre, and a full-service bar, per the aforementioned outlet. The stunning house was sold in 2017 for USD 10 million.

Bel Air property

Channelling the ‘IT-Girl’ energy, Jennifer Lopez purchased a French country-style estate which was originally built in 2014. In 2016, the ‘On The Floor’ hitmaker invested a jaw-dropping USD 26 million. The renovated amenities included koi ponds, a 100-seat amphitheatre, a mini golf course, and a swimming pond. In early 2023, the star offloaded the home for USD 34 million.

Star Island mansion

Jennifer Lopez and her then-beau Alex Rodriguez made headlines for being the power couple of Hollywood. Behind the scenes, they invested in sumptuous properties together for extraordinary cosy getaways. In 2020, the former couple paid USD 32.1 million for a waterfront mansion in Star Island. The 14,862-square-foot space came with 10 bedrooms and 10 and a half bathrooms. The opulent house came with a wine room, an industrial chef’s kitchen, and a wood-panelled library, an infinity pool, an attached hot tub, a cabana bath out back, and a wide deck. While they bought the residence together, it is believed that Rodriguez continues to hold the ownership of the house.

Hidden Hills residence

In February 2025, Jennifer Lopez bought her first home after the split of Bennifer 2.0. The 8,600-square-foot mansion included a swimming pool, a spa space, a five-stall horse barn, orchards, a greenhouse, an equestrian arena, and a guest house. The sprawling house of five bedrooms and eight bathrooms has a private balcony, a walk-in closet, and a soaking tub. With vaulted ceilings, the luxurious amenities consist of a home theatre, gym, and numerous fireplaces.DISCLAIMER: Figures presented in this article are derived from various public sources and are considered approximate unless explicitly noted.
