Known for training several leading stars, including Ram Charan, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah, Upasana Konidela, Prabhas, and Taapsee Pannu, Kiran credited a simple gesture from Ram Charan for helping her establish herself in the celebrity fitness industry.During a recent interview with Trend Today, Kiran remembered how a conversation during one of Ram Charan’s workout sessions eventually changed the course of her career. She revealed that she had always wanted to train Tamannaah because of the actress’ reputation for taking fitness seriously.Sharing the memory, Kiran said, “I once told Charan Jithis, while we were training. I told him that I really wanted to train Tamannaah. I find her very sweet. I have heard that she is a fitness freak too. So I would really love to train her once. So he immediately he called Tamannaah amid his workout.”

According to Kiran, Ram Charan did not stop at making a recommendation. He immediately got in touch with Tamannaah and introduced Kiran as a trainer whom he trusted. Recalling what happened next, Kiran said, “Ram Charan told her, that there is a trainer Kiran, who is very good at her job and that evening itself and we met at a hotel. She was only 20 – 21 years old then. She called me for training and to this very day, I am her trainer.”The meeting reportedly took place at a hotel in Hyderabad, where Kiran explained her training methods and fitness plans. Tamannaah was impressed with her approach and decided to begin training with her.
