From a healthy diet to using natural products, these are the simple tips which are followed by Sai Pallavi.Sai Pallavi believes that true beauty starts from within. She says that taking care of your body is more important than depending on makeup or expensive beauty products according to a report by Asianet News. She once said, “I only take healthy foods which not only help me to maintain my beauty but make both the inside and the outside of the body shine.”Her daily diet includes healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables and nuts. She believes that eating healthy keeps both the body and skin glowing.

Exercise and water are part of Sai Pallavi’s daily routine

Exercise also plays an important role as much as the diet. Sai Pallavi makes exercise a part of her everyday life. She believes that staying active helps keep both the body and the skin healthy. Along with exercise, the ‘Ek Din’ actress drinks plenty of water throughout the day to keep herself hydrated.

Sai Pallavi prefers natural products over chemicals

The ‘Thandel’ star has also shared that she avoids products filled with synthetic chemicals. She prefers using natural ingredients for both her skin and hair. She said, “I never use products like shampoo, or soap mixed with synthetic chemicals to care for my hair and skin. I have been using products like natural cacti for hair and body. I do not even do hair coloring on my hair for the cinema. I am acting with natural hair.”The actress has also revealed that she uses natural products like aloe vera for her hair. She washes her hair once every three days and keeps her haircare routine very simple.She also shared, “I pray every day that my hair does not fall off. That is all I do for it.”

Sai Pallavi says confidence is more important than looks

Sai Pallavi has always spoken openly about accepting herself. During an earlier interview with VSN Murthy, she admitted that she also has insecurities but never lets them define her. She said, “I am just a normal girl. I have pimples on my face. I have my own insecurities. Once the audience accepted my first movie, I knew that the character is the most important aspect.”On the work front, Sai Pallavi is gearing up for the biggest project of her career as she plays Goddess Sita opposite Ranbir Kapoor as Ram and Yash as Ravana in the mythological epic ‘Ramayana’ directed by Nitesh Tiwari.
