Parliament NEET Row: BJP Accuses Congress of Avoiding NEET Debate, Highlights Fast-Track Court Decision

BJP leader accused the Congress party of disrupting Parliament proceedings by wearing black clothes, carrying banners, and avoiding discussion on the NEET paper leak issue. He claimed that BJP leaders, including party presidents and former presidents, have spoken with students and activist Sonam Wangchuk, and the focus should be on finding solutions through discussion and stronger laws against paper leaks. He highlighted Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s statement that students are not associated with any political party and that anyone compromising students’ futures will not be spared. He also mentioned the government’s decision to establish fast-track courts to ensure quick action against those involved in paper leak cases. The BJP leader appealed to all parties to come together in Parliament and discuss measures for protecting students’ futures. He alleged that Congress wants political confrontation instead of constructive debate and questioned whether the opposition would participate in discussions or continue disruptions in Parliament.
