Pawan Kalyan health update: Wife Anna Lezhneva confirms actor’s DISCHARGE after surgery; says, ‘our hearts are full of gratitude’

Actor and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has been discharged from the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai after he underwent shoulder surgery. On his discharge, his wife Anna Lezhneva, shared the update on his health and thanked the doctors.

Anna Lezhneva took to her Instagram handle to share pictures from the hospital. Thanking the medical team, she wrote, “Today, we were finally discharged from the hospital, and our hearts are full of gratitude.” She further wrote, “A heartfelt thank you to this incredible team for taking such exceptional care of my husband and performing his surgery with the highest level of skill and professionalism. We knew he was in the very best hands, and that gave our family something priceless — peace of mind.”Thanking the doctors for their kindness and dedication, she added, “Thank you not only for your expertise, but also for your kindness, dedication and compassion throughout this journey. We will always be grateful.”

Pawan Kalyan’s health update

The ‘They Call Him OG’ star underwent surgery on July 11 for a long-standing rotator cuff injury in his right shoulder. The operation lasted around three and a half hours. He was discharged from the hospital on July 15 after doctors confirmed that he was recovering well. According to a statement from the Jana Sena Party, Pawan had severe rotator cuff injuries in both shoulders, which had gone untreated for many years. His right shoulder has now been operated on, while surgery on his left shoulder is expected after about two months.Doctors have advised him to begin physiotherapy three weeks after the surgery. They have also said that it may take around four months for the operated shoulder to recover fully. After recovering, Pawan Kalyan will return to his home in Hyderabad before slowly getting back to work.On the acting front, he was last seen in the Harish Shankar directorial ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’. It featured Sreeleela and Raashii Khanna in key roles. The film was released in theatres alongside Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’.Looking ahead, he is expected to reunite with director Sujeeth as they will be working on the sequel of ‘They Call Him OG’.
