Prince Harry and Meghan have ‘no right to be on royal property’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have 'no right to be on royal property,' says expert: 'The Sussexes have won'

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been making headlines for their much-awaited UK visit to lead the one-year countdown celebrations for the 2027 Invictus Games. While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex received a grand invitation from King Charles III to Highgrove House last week, the expert believed the couple is unworthy of stepping back onto the royal property.

Expert calls out Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle famously stepped down from the ivory tower in 2020, leaving their titles of working royals to build an independent life in California. Half a decade later, the couple was invited to dine with His Royal Highness, along with their children: Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie. Speaking about the meeting, TalkTV host Mark Dolan expressed, “The Sussexes have won. Meghan Markle back on royal property,” during his conversation with Sky News Australia. “It’s my understanding that William is furious about this. Why? Because it’s a reward for the treachery, disloyalty and the cruelty of Harry and Meghan,” the expert said. Furthermore, Dolan suggested that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had been disrespectful towards the monarchy. “Charles wants to see his grandchildren, I understand that, but I think that Harry and Meghan had no right to be on royal property. They got their way as usual,” he added.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle: When things went south

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had articulated their disheartening feelings about the monarchy in Oprah’s 2021 interview. The couple spoke about their fractured relationship with King Charles III, and highlighted the acts of racism experienced by them. “In those months when I was pregnant—all around the same time, we had in tandem, ‘He won’t be given security, he’s not going to be given a title,’ and also concerns and conversations over how dark his skin might be when he was born,” Meghan recalled the conversation, per Vogue. Moreover, Prince Harry stated that his relationship with King Charles III was unstable. “There’s a lot to work through there. I feel really let down because he’s been through something similar,” he said, and added, “I will always love him. But there’s a lot of hurt that’s happened.”Before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle came on board for the UK visit, there was a back-and-forth conversation concerning the security guaranteed to them. The reports suggested the couple would be reconsidering their trip. After a week of making headlines, the couple reunited with King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
