Florida influencer DreamDoll Brii dies at 21 after shooting in Lamborghini

Florida social media influencer Brianna Johnson, popularly known as DreamDoll Brii, died on Tuesday after she was shot while travelling in a lime green Lamborghini in Miramar, Florida. She was 21.The shooting took place on Sunday when a white sedan pulled up alongside the driver’s side of the Lamborghini Urus and opened fire. Johnson later succumbed to her injuries, police officials said, as quoted by New York Post.Two other people travelling in the Lamborghini, reported by CBS to be men, were also shot. They were taken to hospital in critical condition.Family members told local media that the three had attended a large party earlier that night. They later stopped at a Shell gas station, where a fight reportedly broke out.Surveillance footage obtained by 7News showed a light-coloured car following the Lamborghini before gunfire was heard. The footage reportedly showed the suspected vehicle speeding away after the shooting, while the Lamborghini rolled into a nearby property.Miramar Police Chief Delrish Moss said investigators believe the attackers were targeting the vehicle. Meanwhile, witnesses told local media that the shooting sounded like a heavy burst of gunfire during the holiday weekend.Johnson had built a large following on social media, with more than 470,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok. She was best known for her viral song Bend Ova, which became a popular audio track on TikTok, according to TMZ.Following news of her death, messages of condolence poured in across Instagram and TikTok from fans and followers.Authorities have asked anyone with information to contact the Miramar Police Department’s Homicide Tip Line or submit an anonymous tip through Broward County Crime Stoppers.
