Among them is a poke bowl featuring seasoned sushi rice, silken tofu, avocado, edamame, cucumber and togarashi, offering a lighter option alongside the existing menu. The restaurant has also introduced Neapolitan-style pizzas with freshly stretched dough, while beverages such as the Orange & Basil Soda Pop expand the selection of house-made drinks. Together, these additions align with the growing demand for fresh, minimally processed and plant-based dining options.
