Skoda Auto India on Thursday expanded its retail network in Uttar Pradesh with the inauguration of two new customer touchpoints in Lucknow, comprising a sales facility on Ayodhya Road and a service centre in Barabanki.
With the addition of the two facilities, the company now operates 26 customer touchpoints across 15 cities in Uttar Pradesh, while its nationwide network has grown to more than 340 touchpoints across 189 cities.
The new Ayodhya Road showroom spans 5,200 sq. ft. and can display six vehicles, while the Barabanki service facility covers 13,500 sq. ft. and is equipped with 10 service bays, the company said.
“With the inauguration of these new facilities in Lucknow, we continue to strengthen Skoda Auto India’s presence across Uttar Pradesh. Lucknow alone has over five customer touchpoints now operational,” said Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Skoda Auto India.
The company said it has expanded its presence in Uttar Pradesh over the past year by entering five new cities—Jhansi, Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar, Gorakhpur and Ayodhya—and plans to add new touchpoints in Aligarh and Azamgarh in the coming months.
