NEW DELHI: Trinamool Congress (TMC) Rajya Sabha MP Sagarika Ghose has announced that she will join the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) protest at Jantar Mantar this evening , where activists have been demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over repeated examination paper leaks and alleged irregularities. In a post on X, Ghose said the young protesters have been demonstrating for the past 12 days in extreme heat.”For 12 days, in 45°C heat, the young activists of the Cockroach Janata Party have been sitting in protest in Delhi’s Jantar Mantar demanding the resignation of the Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan,” she wrote. The TMC leader alleged that repeated examination leaks and “exam messes” had pushed students to the brink of despair. “Repeated examination leaks and exam messes have pushed youth to the brink of despair and agony.
