The investigation into the alleged murder of Chetan Agrawal has intensified, with Pune Rural Police conducting a detailed crime scene reconstruction at Lohagad Fort as part of efforts to establish the sequence of events. The accused, identified as Siya and Chetan, were taken to the location where the incident is believed to have occurred, and investigators recreated key movements to verify statements and physical possibilities. According to police sources, the reconstruction involved retracing the alleged route taken by the accused, identifying specific points of movement within the fort area, and assessing how the victim may have been pushed from a height. A dummy body approximating the victim’s weight was reportedly used to simulate the incident, while forensic teams documented each step of the exercise. Officials also said investigators are examining digital evidence, including alleged internet search activity, which may be linked to the planning phase of the crime. These claims suggest that the accused may have researched methods related to causing harm and concealing criminal activity; however, authorities have not released full technical details publicly as the investigation remains ongoing. Police further indicated that the reconstruction aimed to determine whether the incident could have been staged to resemble an accident and to evaluate the physical feasibility of the sequence described by the accused. Senior officers monitored the entire process, which lasted several hours at the site. The case continues to draw significant attention as investigators work to piece together digital, forensic, and on-ground evidence. Authorities have emphasized that all findings remain part of an active investigation and will be assessed before being presented in court.
