Henry Cavill’s latest venture into the action genre, ‘In the Grey’, has now got an official OTT streaming date. The film was released theatrically only 3 weeks ago, and is now being prepped for online release. Here is all you need to know about ‘In The Grey’, along with its plot, cast list, and when it will be released for online streaming.

Plot of ‘In The Grey’

The official synopsis for the film reads, “A covert team of elite operatives is living in the shadows. When a ruthless despot steals a billion-dollar fortune, they’re sent to take it back-an impossible heist that erupts into a deadly game of strategy, deception and survival.” The action film centers on an exclusive, specialized attorney who has her own team of ‘fixers’, including two covert extraction specialists. When they are hired to recover a fortune worth billions of dollars from a ruthless businessman, things start to go awry. The crew is used to living in the shadows; however, the near-impossible heist may just push them into harm’s way.This is also director Guy Ritchie and Henry Cavill’s 3rd project together. The two first worked together on the 2015 release, ‘The Man from U.N.C.L.E.’. Later on, they reunited in 2024 for the film ‘The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.’

Other than Henry Cavill leading the film and Guy Ritchie behind the camera, this film features a star-studded ensemble. The cast includes Henry Cavill as Sid, Jake Gyllenhaal as Bronco Beauregard, Eiza González as Rachel Wild, Kristofer Hivju as Axel Oloffson, Fisher Stevens as Mr. Horowitz, Salazar’s lawyer, Rosamund Pike as Bobby Sheen, Emmett J. Scanlan as Mick Dunne, Kojo Attah as Andre Baker, Jason Wong as Gucci, Christian Ochoa Lavernia as Jonathan Moreno, and Carlos Bardem as Manny Salazar.
