Rod Stewart cancels his 'One Last Time' tour due to health issues; resumes on June 2: 'I am on vocal rest'

Rod Stewart, the ‘I Don’t Want To Talk About It’ singer, cancelled his shows at the last minute, which were scheduled on May 29 and May 30, 2026. Citing health issues, the 81-year-old performer was advised by the doctors and had to withdraw from the Las Vegas pit stops due to a sinus infection. However, the ‘I Was Only Joking’ hitmaker is set to make a stronger comeback on June 2, 2026. Here’s a closer look at Rod Stewart’s temporary cancellation of Las Vegas concerts.

Rod Stewart cancels his shows on May 29 and May 30

The British rock and pop singer wears the crown of a raspy yet soulful voice, which ruled the 1970s. The ‘Forever Young’ singer even apologized for his absence from the stage for two days. “My apologies to my family of fans,” Stewart said, according to the Las Vegas Review, before adding, “I am on vocal rest as I recover from a sinus infection. I look forward to seeing you at a future show at Caesars Palace or on tour this summer.” Meanwhile, the representatives claimed that he is “scheduled to return with shows beginning June 2,” and will play at the same location on June 4 and June 6. As for the ticket website, the web portal shows the text that the organiser had to unfortunately cancel the event.
