Fans worry over Kim Kardashian’s health

Certain things that Kardashian shared about her everyday routine while starring on the ‘Good Hang’ podcast ended up leaving her fans in a state of worry. Talking about managing her looks and her health, Kardashian had admitted that she takes up to 35 pills every single day. Most of these are supplements meant to enrich the body of vitamins and minerals. However, taking too many supplements can be equally harmful as it is beneficial. This comment from the star has caused many fans to worry about her health and well being, citing that if she continues to take as many pills as she does, it may have certain repercussions on her body that may be irreversible. While talking about the same, the star had stated that “I take, probably, 35 supplements a day… I spread them out three times a day. I thought, okay, I can’t do this fish oil anymore. I have pill fatigue. I have to stop these fish oil (supplements.) (Then) I got my bloodwork, and it was so evident that I stopped and I had to start again.”Medline Plus states that “Any ingredient in a multiple vitamin supplement can be toxic in large amounts, but the most serious risk comes from iron or calcium. Additional risks are associated with large or toxic doses of calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin A.”As for Kardashian, she admitted that she and all of her family members take regular body scans to monitor their health and ensure that everything is in top shape with her. However, many have still been left worried about her health. At the time of writing, Kim has made no other comments about her daily habits and supplement intake.
