Concerns are rising over the Central Board of Secondary Education 12th board examination evaluation system, especially the on-screen marking (OSM) process. Students have reported multiple issues, including low marks, delays in accessing answer sheets, website glitches, and blurred or unclear copies. The deadline to apply for answer sheets has now been extended till midnight. In a serious allegation, one student claims that the answer sheet provided does not belong to them. The student says only the first page contains their roll number and handwriting, while the remaining pages appear to belong to another student, as the handwriting does not match. The student also stated that their Physics marks were unexpectedly low, despite expecting over 90 marks, while other subjects showed strong performance. Families are now questioning the entire evaluation process and whether such errors could affect students’ future opportunities. CBSE has not yet issued an official response regarding these allegations.
