Prime Minister Narendra Modi is virtually distributing appointment letters to more than 51,000 youths under the 19th Employment Fair (Rojgar Mela) as part of a nationwide recruitment drive for government jobs. The event is being held across India, where selected candidates are receiving their joining letters through a virtual ceremony. Union Minister of State in the PMO, Dr. Jitendra Singh, praised the initiative and said that such programs are designed with the vision of building a “Developed India” by 2047, and the selected youth will play a key role in nation-building. The event highlights the government’s continued focus on large-scale recruitment in various departments, aiming to provide employment opportunities and strengthen administrative capacity. The program is currently ongoing, with large gatherings of candidates participating across multiple locations.
