BTS to go to Australia next year for world tour

BTS announce Australian leg for ‘BTS WORLD TOUR: ARIRANG’: 4 shows set up for February 2027

Ever since their return to the music industry, BTS have been making waves all across the world. From embarking on their world tour to releasing a brand new album, as well as a number of music videos. Now, the stars are back again with a big announcement, and Australian fans cannot seem to contain their excitement.

BTS announces new Australian leg of the tour

The famed K-Pop group announced an Australian leg to their ongoing tour, leaving fans in shock. The group revealed through their own fan forum platform that they will be heading to venues in Sydney and Melbourne in February next year. This will be their first-ever major performance in Australia since they visited the space in 2017 for their ‘WINGS’ tour.As per their announcement, the pre-sale registrations for ‘BTS WORLD TOUR: ARIRANG IN AUSTRALIA’ have already begun. The official ticket sales will begin on June 4. There will be two shows in Melbourne, which will take place on February 12 and 13. As for Sydney, the group will be heading there and doing two performances on February 20 and 21.

About BTS and their tour

The group is currently embarking on one of their biggest world tours yet. The group released a 14-track long studio album titled ‘ARIRANG’ earlier this year. They also released the first music video for the album titled ‘SWIM,’ which featured ‘Riverdale’ star Lili Reinhart. This is the first comeback that the group has had in the past four years since they officially confirmed their hiatus.The members, in the meantime, completed their mandatory military enlistment, and even released solo music to focus on their separate careers. They kicked off their tour in April, with the first few shows set up in South Korea. Since then, they have visited multiple venues and have been embarking on performing songs from their latest album, as well as their old albums.
