We pretend it’s not going to happen and that it’s going to be easy. We provide and make our preparations, but how do we actually enter this part of our lives?”She took her latest book, ‘Enough: Dawn’s Joyfully Human, Darkly Funny and Unexpectedly Life-Affirming New Novel’, into account and talked about how the matter of it is meant to start a conversation. Further on in the interview, she declares that it is okay to talk about this age and the things and meanings that it brings along with it. She mentions that conversations surrounding the topic of age and turning old are important; however, she also adds that “Some people are going through a tricky time, and I get that. I want everyone to have access to whatever help they may need.”“My hope is that we just stop to think a little bit about people who are getting older”, she concluded on her part, citing that age is an important factor, and that she’s hoping for her book to start conversations.
