Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) on Saturday announced that it will fully pass on the benefits of the recent GST rate reduction to its customers, with prices across its portfolio dropping by up to ₹3.49 lakh. The revised prices will take effect from September 22, 2025, ahead of the festive season.

According to an official statement, the Fortuner sees the steepest cut, at up to ₹3.49 lakh, followed by the Legender (₹3.34 lakh), Vellfire (₹2.78 lakh), and Hilux (₹2.52 lakh). Other popular models such as the Innova Crysta, Innova Hycross, and Camry will become cheaper by ₹1.80 lakh, ₹1.15 lakh and ₹1.01 lakh, respectively. The Glanza, Taisor, Rumion, and Urban Cruiser Hyryder also benefit from reductions ranging between ₹48,700 and ₹1.11 lakh.

Varinder Wadhwa, Vice President – Sales, Service, Used Car Business & Profit Enhancement at TKM, said “Ahead of the festive season we expect this step will provide strong momentum and further accelerate demand. As a transparent and customer-centric company, we are pleased to pass on these benefits to our customers,” he said.

The announcement comes as several automakers, including Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Mahindra, BMW and Mercedes-Benz, have rolled out price cuts following the GST Council’s decision last month to rationalise tax rates on automobiles. Analysts expect the move to spur festive demand and support growth across the sector.
