Both leaders discussed strengthening India-Italy relations and cooperation across multiple sectors. Several important Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) are expected to be signed during the bilateral talks. PM Modi also attended a dinner interaction where both sides discussed ways to deepen diplomatic and economic ties. Later in the day, PM Modi is scheduled to visit the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) before returning to New Delhi. The visit is being seen as an important step in further enhancing bilateral cooperation between India and Italy.
