How to Claim Kerala Lottery Prize Money?

Winners are required to verify their ticket numbers against the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. If the number matches, the prize can be claimed at the Kerala Lottery Office, Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram.

To process the claim, the following documents must be submitted:

  1. The original winning ticket, signed by the winner on both sides
  2. A passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer
  3. A self-attested copy of the PAN card (for tax compliance)
  4. A valid ID and address proof such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card, or PAN card
  5. A duly completed prize claim form (available online) with a revenue stamp affixed, as per guidelines
  6. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the draw date.
