Vijay Deverakonda joined the celebrations after the impressive box office performance of ‘Karuppu’. The actor shared a heartfelt message for Suriya and praised the overwhelming audience response to the film. Directed by RJ Balaji, ‘Karuppu’ stars Suriya alongside Trisha Krishnan. The film was released on May 15 and has emerged as one of the biggest hits of the year.Vijay Deverakonda praises Suriya and the teamVijay Deverakonda took to X to congratulate the entire team of ‘Karuppu’. He wrote, “So happy to see the overwhelming love for @Suriya_offl anna’s Karuppu in Tamil and Veerabhadrudu in Telugu. Hearing it is huuuuge.” He further added, “Love, love, love the news. For the brilliance he has been showing us on screen, giving his everything every year… finally, when the theatres are loud and noisy, it fills all of us with joy.”The ‘Kingdom’ actor also urged Suriya to take a break, writing, “Big congratulations, anna. Please take a nice holiday. According to Sacnilk, the film has earned Rs 68 crore in India net collections. Its India gross stands at Rs 78.75 crore, while overseas markets have added Rs 42 crore.
