Megan Fox reveals her ‘super strict’ diet

When Megan Fox revealed her ‘super strict diet’ and said, ‘I cut out all bread’

If there’s anyone who consistently manages to drop jaws of fans for gasps, it’s Megan Fox and her innate glam. The 40-year-old actress-model recently shared a birthday post on Instagram, and the comment section instantly applauded her for maintaining her physique, especially her abs and toned muscles. However, Fox’s sculpted and athletic build comes with sacrifices – a super strict diet and a fitness routine.

When Megan Fox revealed her ‘super strict diet’

Megan Fox, the ‘Jennifer’s Body’ star, has a diet that she strictly follows and a fitness regimen. Amongst all the rules, the actress has one specific mindset: ‘Do not deviate.’ Claiming that she was completely sober, the star revealed her diet in a 2022 interview with Glamour UK. “I don’t even drink a glass of wine. I don’t ever smoke. I don’t drink coffee. I’m super strict with my diet, and I never deviate,” she said.Meanwhile, after Fox’s second pregnancy, she followed a code of conduct to manage her fitness. Claiming that the worst thing that she consumes is coffee, the actress shared, “I cut out all bread and those sorts of carbohydrates. No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy,” during a conversation with E! News.

When Megan Fox’s trainer shared her lifestyle

Fox’s trainer, Harley Pasternak, has encouraged her to stay in the strict bubble. The fitness expert claimed that the ‘Transformers’ actress has not completely quit carbs, but she just eats the right carbs. “[Megan] has a low-sugar diet. It’s so sustainable, it’s so moderate, she’s not doing any zero this/zero that,” she said in an interview with US Weekly, and added, “She’ll have protein, fiber, and a healthy fat every meal. She is living a low-sugar lifestyle, definitely… She has definitely buckled down, and she is amazing.”
