Kunickaa defends Trisha’s presence at Vijay’s swearing-in ceremony

Kunickaa Sadanand defends Trisha Krishnan amid trolling over emotional moment at Thalapathy Vijay’s swearing-in ceremony

Veteran actress Kunickaa Sadanand has come out in support of Trisha Krishnan and strongly reacted to a social media user who made objectionable remarks about the actress over her bond with Thalapathy Vijay.Trisha Krishnan has been facing constant trolling ever since she attended Thalapathy Vijay’s swearing-in ceremony as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. While Vijay’s wife and children were absent from the event, Trisha’s presence grabbed attention and sparked massive chatter online. Several users questioned her appearance at the ceremony, and singer Suchitra had earlier even called the actress a “parasite” in Vijay’s life.

Kunicka Sadanand loses cool over female user’s post

The controversy began after an X user shared a post about Trisha Krishnan. The post featured one of Trisha’s earlier messages along with a viral video from Vijay’s swearing-in ceremony, where the actress appeared emotional while watching him take oath as Tamil Nadu’s Chief Minister.Alongside the video, the user wrote that Trisha was not part of Vijay’s struggles, did not raise his children or build his family, but had now arrived to enjoy the fame and success created by his family. The post left Kunickaa Sadanand furious. Reacting sharply, she wrote on X, “There u go again targeting a woman and questioning her, when she was not the one who took the marital vows. It’s so correct when ppl say a woman is the biggest enemy of a woman, and u proved it.”

Why are Vijay and Trisha being discussed on social media?

Trisha Krishnan and Thalapathy Vijay have shared a long-standing friendship and have worked together in several successful films over the years. Their recent public appearances together and Trisha’s presence during key moments in Vijay’s political journey have kept social media buzzing. On the day Tamil Nadu Assembly election results were announced, Trisha first visited a temple and later went to Vijay’s residence to congratulate him on his victory. The speculation further intensified after Lakshmi Manchu said in her birthday wish to Trisha that Vijay’s political win was her “best birthday gift”, while Charmme Kaur called Trisha “a lucky mascot”. Social media users reacted strongly to those comments as well.Later, when Trisha attended Vijay’s swearing-in ceremony and was seen interacting with his family members, trolling against the actress escalated yet again.
