Chirayu Rana has now brought ‘threesome’ allegations against Lorna Hajdini, with witness statements.

Chirayu Rana, the Indian-origin former JPMorgan banker, who brought sexual assault allegations against executive Lorna Hajdini, has now filed a new claim stating that he has new evidence supporting his allegations — an anonymous friend who was also invited by Hajdini for a threesome. The new filing includes the anonymous witness statements, details and quotes pertaining to the alleged encounters with Hajdini in September 2024.The new filing came after JPMorgan called Rana’s lawsuit entirely fabricated and stated that Rana never reported to Hajdini.

Naked Hajdini woke me up: New details in new filing

In Rana’s new filing, one alleged witness, apparently a family friend of Rana, said he was staying at an apartment while visiting New York City and was woken up by Hajdini’s drunken antics in the middle of the night. He attempted to go back to sleep, but a “completely naked” Hajdini woke him up, the New York Post reported, citing the new filing.Hajdini sat on the couch he was sleeping on, lit a cigarette and began begging him to “join them” in the bedroom, the document climed.Despite refusing several times, the witness said Hajdini told him “you know I own [redacted], so you better come join.”After she returned to the bedroom, he claimed, he could hear Rana pleading, “No, no, no, you have to leave. I’m not going to do this. Please stop.”Hajdini left the apartment later in the night, and Rana told him how she “constantly harassed him and forced him to engage in sexual behavior with her on a number of occasions,” the new complaint said. The witness also claimed that he saw Hajdini was ‘hadsy’ with Rana at a concert for Norwegian DJ Kygo at Barclay’s Center earlier that month.Another witness claimed to have seen Hajdini kissing Rana’s neck on the street sometime during the summer of 2024. Another account by a witness said Hajdini told Chirayu Rana something like ‘I own you, Brownie’.

Chronology of Chirayu Rana- JPMorgan case

  1. Chirayu Rana joined JPMorgan in 2024 as a Vice President in leveraged finance/credit.
  2. In mid-to-late 2024, the alleged sexual misconduct started, Rana claimed. He eve used a legal chatbot in July 2024 asking about similar abuse scenarios.
  3. In December 2024, Rana sought leave from his office citing father’s death but his father is alive.
  4. In 2025, Rana filed an internal complaint against Hajdini. JPMorgan claimed they investigated and found no evidence.
  5. Rana left JPMorgan in 2025 and joined Bregal Sagemount.
  6. Chirayu Ran left Bregal on April 2, 2026.
  7. Later in April, Rana filed a lawsuit in New York under the pseudonym John Doe alleging sexual abuse against Hajdini.
  8. The lawsuit was briefly withdrawn and then re-filed with witness statements.
