Archana, Farah back Rahul Roy amidst trolling on viral reels

Archana Puran Singh, Farah Khan back Rahul Roy after he opens up on his financial struggle amidst trolling for reels with a content creator

‘Aashiqui’ actor Rahul Roy has been in the news for his viral reels which left the internet in shock. While some trolled the actor for his collaboration with a content creator, many also understood his circumstances and came out in his support. After a reel of him went viral, Roy clarified that he has some financial struggles because of which he is doing this. After he made this statement, many came out in his support. Filmmaker Farah Khan was among the first to respond as she wrote, “Good luck to you Rahul.” Now Archana Puran Singh has voiced her support for Rahul Roy after he addressed the criticism over his recent social media posts, hitting back at those mocking his videos. His note shed light on his personal struggles and ongoing challenges.Archana left an encouraging comment that read, “More power to you @officialrahulroy. Love that you are doing what works for you and keeps you happy. You’re always amazing and I totally binged on the reels with your OG songs. Lots of love and strength to you Rahul”.In his earlier statement, Rahul had written, “I do my work with honesty and modesty. I have some legal matters to pay for, and these are not from today, they are from before the brain stroke happened. If you mock my simplicity or make fun of my struggles, it says less about me and more about you. If you are truly so concerned, then help me find some genuine and decent work so I can pay for these cases. At least I am earning through hard work, not by mocking others”.The trolling began after Rahul posted a series of videos that some users labelled as “cringe.” In one such clip, he was seen dancing to “Tere Dar Pe Sanam” from Phir Teri Kahaani Yaad Aayi, where he starred opposite Pooja Bhatt. While a section of social media users expressed concern for him, others dismissed the videos with harsh remarks.Actor Sonu Sood added, “Keep Rocking Brother”.
