Demi Moore and Rita Wilson are best known for their pairing in ‘Now and Then.’ The duo’s reunion was the talk of the town as they met at the 92nd Street Y, where Wilson even performed her latest album, ‘Sound of a Woman.’

Demi Moore and Rita Wilson reunite after years

Rita Wilson performed at the 92nd Street Y, where the event was attended by some very big names. Demi Moore, who recently got a lot of attention for her role in the body horror film ‘The Substance.’ Moore and Wilson were once co-stars in the famed cult classic ‘Then and Now’, and had a reunion on the red carpet of the event.PEOPLE reported that Wilson was there to perform songs from her latest album ‘Sound of a Woman’, which is the singer and actress’ first music release in three years. The two co-stars and longtime friends were photographed together at the event and even talked about her album and why this is the perfect time for her to release new music.

About ‘Sound of a Woman’

Wilson’s last music release was in 2023, when she dropped ‘Now and Forever: Duets.’ While her last release was a collaboration with some of the biggest names in the music industry, ‘Sound of a Woman’ is her entry into solo territory. The album has 11 songs in total, and the lead single, ‘Jury of One’ was released earlier this month.

About ‘Now and Then’

The story of ‘Now and Then’ centers around 4 longtime friends who reunite in order to prepare for the birth of Chrissey’s baby. Over time they converse and rediscover themselves, trying to understand each other and how they grew up in such a way.Along with Moore and Wilson, the film’s cast also included big names like Christina Ricci, Ashleigh Aston Moore, Gaby Hoffmann, Thora Birch, Rosie O’Donnell, Melanie Griffith, and many others.
