Akshay Kumar’s ‘Bhooth Bangla’ has been showcasing decent box office numbers after a successful first weekend in theaters. The horror comedy received mixed reactions from the critics; however, the film managed to pull the audience to the theaters. It has already crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the box office globally. On its arrival in cinemas, the movie ended the dominance of the Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’.The film’s mix of early-2000s nostalgia and supernatural thrills has continued to draw steady audiences.

The Priyadarshan directorial concluded its first week in theaters with earnings of over Rs 84 crore. The second Friday added another Rs 5.75 crore to the collections. Now, on Day 9, according to the Sacnilk report, the film is running across 2907 shows in India. As of now, the film has minted Rs 1.67 crore.With that, the total India gross collections are now Rs 109.18 crore, and total India net earnings are Rs 91.82 crore.

Directed by Priyadarshan, ‘Bhooth Bangla’ features Akshay Kumar in the lead role. The actor and director have worked together again after nearly 16 years. Earlier, they gave many hit films like Hera Pheri, Bhagam Bhag, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, and De Dana Dan.Along with Akshay, the film also stars Wamiqa Gabbi, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Jisshu Sengupta, Mithila Palkar, Rajesh Sharma, and the late Asrani.
