Range Rover on Friday launched the 2026 Range Rover Sport Autobiography in India, introducing the Autobiography specification on the Range Rover Sport line-up in the country for the first time. The model is priced from ₹1.6 crore and bookings have commenced, the company said in a statement.

The Range Rover Sport Autobiography is positioned as the brand’s top-end expression of performance luxury, combining sporty capability with enhanced refinement and comfort features. The SUV will be offered in two new colours — Borasco Grey and Ostuni Pearl White — along with Santorini Black and Carpathian Grey.

“Range Rover Sport Autobiography represents the perfect expression of performance luxury for our Indian clients. With its advanced dynamic technologies, distinctive Autobiography craftsmanship and exclusive new colour options, it delivers an emotionally engaging drive while remaining true to Range Rover’s core values of refinement and capability,” said Rajan Amba, Managing Director, Jaguar Land Rover India.

The Autobiography variant is equipped with a suite of advanced chassis and performance technologies, including an Electronic Active Differential with Torque Vectoring by Braking, All Wheel Steering, Configurable Terrain Response programmes, and Dynamic Air Suspension with Dynamic Response Pro, aimed at improving agility, stability and handling across varied driving conditions.

Inside, the SUV features a premium cabin with semi-aniline leather upholstery, massage seats, and the Full Extended Leather Upgrade package. Additional enhancements include leather seatbacks, premium carpet mats, and illuminated metal treadplates with Autobiography branding.

The model also comes fitted with the Meridian Signature Sound System, designed to deliver an immersive audio experience.

On the exterior, the Range Rover Sport Autobiography gets distinct design elements including Autobiography badging, red brake calipers, and 22-inch forged Style 5131 Satin Black wheels with Gloss Black contrast accents.

Range Rover said the 2026 Sport Autobiography will be available in both locally manufactured and CBU specifications, further strengthening its premium SUV portfolio in the Indian market.
