Brooke Hogan reveals why she wasn’t in father Hulk Hogan’s docuseries: ‘ All of a sudden they’re on Team Hogan…’

The late WWE wrestler and film star Hulk Hogan has made headlines again with the release of the documentary titled ‘Hulk Hogan: The Real American’. Including clips from his last ever interview before his passing last year has been the topic of debate. However, another major factor that fans and netizens alike have been discussing is related to how Hogan’s daughter, Brooke Hogan, is nowhere to be seen in the documentary. Now, during a recent interview, Brooke finally provided some insight into why she is one of the family members who is nowhere to be seen in the documentary based on her father and his life.

Brooke Hogan explains why she is not a part of her father’s documentary

While talking to Page Six after the release of the documentary online, Brooke revealed the real reason as to why she is nowhere to be seen in the series. She shared that she and her father were not on speaking terms around the time of his passing from a sudden heart attack. She further added that she did not have a good relationship with the rest of her family either, and that she did not wish to be a part of something like this. She stated, “No matter how much people have either dogged my dad or loved my dad, if he calls and says, ‘Hey, there’s an opportunity for you to be on TV,’ everybody’s tune changes real quick. All of a sudden they’re on Team Hogan. I didn’t want to be in the company of people that I’ve seen switch up.”

Brooke Hogan adds that she regrets no longer being part of her father’s will

During the interview, she added that things had gotten really bad between the two of them, and that she had even requested him to remove her from his will. Not only that, but Brooke also did not attend her father’s will. She, however, regrets all of this now.She clarified that, “It’s not about money. It’s about doing the right thing and making sure that [Hulk] is represented in the correct ways, and his legacy lives on in the most positive way. There’s things I would definitely be doing differently if I were back in that seat.” She further shared that she no longer has the power to do anything, as the people that she wished to get away from are now the ones controlling everything. She concluded her statement by saying, “I think everybody very clearly understands that I was my dad’s protector, and I loved him more than anything.”As of right now, Hogan’s son, Nick Hogan is the sole heir of his father’s legacy.
