For Noida residents, the days leading into the weekends involve tiresome work and the wish to unwind in the peaceful and beautiful surroundings of a hill station before logging in at their jobs again on Monday. While it is common for people to plan their summer getaways in the hills, the monsoons in India and the multiple threats they entail tend to discourage many travellers. The good thing is that you don’t necessarily have to visit the mountains for a refreshing weekend.

Here are six weekend getaways within 150 kilometres of Noida for a fun and relaxed outing with your family.

Another place of great spiritual importance for Lord Krishna devotees is Vrindavan, which brims with ornate temples like Banke Bihari and ISKCON.
