The service camp will be open to customers across the company’s entire product lineup.Kia India has begun a nationwide summer service campaign aimed at vehicle maintenance and customer support ahead of peak heat conditions, the company said on Monday.
The “Summer Readiness Service Camp” will run in phases across regions between April 6 and May 12, covering North, West, and parts of East India in the first phase, followed by northeastern states and the southern region later in the schedule.
The initiative will be conducted through 497 authorised workshops across the country and will include a complimentary 20-point vehicle inspection, with a focus on air-conditioning performance and overall summer preparedness. Additional services include discounted maintenance for air-conditioning systems, select accessories, and roadside assistance plans.
The company said the programme is designed to address seasonal challenges such as high temperatures and increased vehicle strain during summer travel. Alongside servicing, the campaign also includes customer engagement activities such as evaluation of used vehicles under its certified pre-owned network and referral programmes.
“The Kia Summer Readiness Camp reflects our commitment to proactive care—helping customers stay ahead of seasonal challenges while enhancing convenience, safety, and overall ownership experience,” said Atul Sood, Senior VP, Sales & Marketing, Kia India.
The service camp will be open to customers across the company’s entire product lineup. Regional rollout includes April 6–12 for North, West, and parts of East India, April 24–30 for northeastern states, and May 6–12 for South India.
India experiences intense summer conditions, often impacting vehicle performance, particularly cooling systems and battery efficiency. Automakers typically conduct seasonal service drives during this period to reduce breakdown risks and improve vehicle reliability.
