Tensions in the Middle East have escalated further as Israel launched fresh airstrikes in Lebanon, targeting Hezbollah-linked infrastructure. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) struck two gas stations, including the Al Amana station, alleging they were being used by Hezbollah. The attack reportedly destroyed the facilities completely, intensifying conflict on the Lebanon front. Meanwhile, hopes of a ceasefire have suffered a major setback after Iran firmly rejected proposals backed by the United States. Iran has refused to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and declared that conditions will never return to normal for the US and Israel, signaling continued blockade and confrontation. In Iraq, Iran allegedly targeted the US Victoria military base in Baghdad, causing explosions and fire at the site. Videos of the attack have surfaced, showing significant damage. Iran also claimed to have shot down US aircraft, including a C-130 and helicopters, releasing visuals of wreckage.
