In a post on Truth Social, Trump also issued a stark warning, stating the US would continue military action against Iran until conditions are met. NATO Rift Deepens
Separately, Trump has escalated tensions with Western allies, warning that Washington is “strongly considering” withdrawing from NATO. In an interview with The Daily Telegraph, he described the alliance as a “paper tiger” and said exiting the bloc was now “beyond reconsideration”.
The comments follow disagreements with NATO members over their reluctance to support US military action against Iran, highlighting growing strains within the alliance.
War Timeline Signal
Speaking at a White House event, Trump suggested that US military operations in Iran could conclude “very soon”, indicating a possible timeline of two to three weeks. He said Washington could wrap up its involvement quickly, even as air operations continue.
The conflict, which began on February 28, has already impacted global energy markets, with rising fuel prices adding to economic concerns.
