Now, with allegations of a third domestic violence incident, Mortensen has submitted a new video for evidence.

Police reviewing new footage given by Dakota Mortensen

As PEOPLE reported, the West Jordan Police Department confirmed an ongoing and active domestic violence case between Mortensen and Paul. They revealed that Mortensen called the department sometime last week, and the new video evidence he submitted is believed to be from mid-2024.Neither person involved in the case has given new statements regarding the issue. However, as per the report, “Dakota has a pattern of provoking Taylor, filming her when she starts to react, and threatening to leak the videos to ruin her image. They’re totally misleading as they make Taylor look like the problem by cutting out everything Dakota did to cause the situation in the first place.”Paul is also currently under probation for another domestic violence case filed against her in 2023. A few days ago, the Draper Police Department also shared that there was an active domestic violence case involving the two stars, with allegations made in both directions. On March 19, Mortensen filed for a protective order against Paul, and the official trial hearing date has been set for April 7.
