E! News reported that the official filings were done on March 16. According to the documents, the two would be splitting all of their community property in half. Anything that the two of them collected from the date of their marriage on May 19, 2008, till their separation date on December 27, 2024, will be considered for this separation. The report also revealed that Warren has been ordered to pay USD 5 million from the sale of one of their houses to Alba.

The couple is to split 50-50 royalties from individual projects

Warren is also set to receive 50% of royalties from many of the films that Alba did when they were together, including movies like ‘Machete’, ‘Valentine’s Day’, ‘The Office’, and ‘Barely Famous’. Similarly, the ‘Honey’ actress will also receive royalties from the projects that Warren produced when they were together, including ‘Crips and Bloods: Made in America.’

The two of them share three children: Honor Marie, who is 17, Haven Garner, who is 14, and their youngest child and only son, Hayes Alba, who is 8 at the time.
