Priyanka Chopra, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, joined the throwback trend and shared childhood photos of the influential women in her team. While PeeCee shared her photo, it was a pic of her mom, Madhu Chopra, that unexpectedly stole the spotlight.In the caption accompanying the epic throwback post, Priyanka wrote, “Mom. This is who produced me.”

Fans think Malti looks like granny Madhu

Interestingly, Priyanka’s fans, couldn’t help but spot the spittng resemblance between Madhu and her granddaughter, Malti Marie. Posting the photo with a rare click featuring Malti’s face, fans pointed out that the toddler’s striking similarity to her granny saying, “I’ve said it since her birth, she looks like Madhu aunty.” Another wrote, “I always say Malti looks like Madhu too, especially her eyes.”

Priyanka opens up about her ‘miracle baby’ Malti

Priyanka and Nick welcomed Malti in 2022, and the couple occasionally share glimpses of their family life on social media. While promoting their respective films and music album, Nick and Priyanka got candid on various chat shows about the difficult circumstances surrounding her baby’s birth. Opening up about her pregnancy, Priyanka shared with Marie Claire, “I had a really tough time with pregnancies. She’s my miracle baby, so everything just stopped when she was born.”

Priyanka on being forced to announce Malti’s birth

During her chat with Jay Shetty while promoting her film ‘The Bluff’, Priyanka opened up about being forced to announce her daughter’s birth at a critical time. She recalled, “I remember it leaked, and we got a text saying that her birth was going to be put out by the papers… that if we didn’t, they would in three hours. So we were kind of forced into announcing her birth. We wanted to hold onto our own narrative of it; we weren’t ready because we didn’t know what would happen with her or how she would be.”On the work front, Priyanka will next be seen in SS Rajamouli’s ‘Varanasi’. The actress is scheduled to head to Antarctica to film the next leg of the shoot. She is also awaiting the release of her series, ‘Citadel’ Season 2. Go to Source
