Tahir Raj Bhasin has concluded filming for Vikram Phadnis’ next directorial venture. He shared the news on social media, treating fans to a sneak peek from the sets through a series of candid behind-the-scenes shots. The photos showcase moments of him getting into character and shooting some pivotal sequences.

The actor also gave fans a glimpse of the fun moments shared with his team, posting photos of the cast and crew relaxing and bonding between takes. Sharing the pictures on Instagram, he accompanied them with an emotional message about wrapping up the project. His caption read, “It’s a wrap. What a ride this one’s been. Thank you, @vikramphadnis, for writing and directing a part that is all heart and has been such a treat to play. Can’t wait to share your labour of love with the world. @ozajay a magician with the lens. Thank you for bringing your excellence and raising the aesthetic bar every day. And to the endlessly energetic crew, assistants, and fantastic co-stars thank you for the madness and the journey”.

The untitled film, which also features Saiyami Kher and Viineet Kumar Singh in key roles, marks Vikram Phadnis’ debut as a Hindi film director. Although the plot remains undisclosed, Tahir previously mentioned that the project gave him an opportunity to tap into a new dimension of his craft.

Tahir Raj Bhasin opens up about the experience

In an interview with IANS, Tahir said, “It’s truly rewarding to begin the year immersed in work, and this project with Vikram Phadnis feels particularly special. I’m grateful to be part of a story that steps away from the familiar and asks something new of me as an actor. The material allows me to explore a different shade of my craft while telling a clutter-breaking story, which is always what I look for. I’m looking forward to sharing this journey with the audience”.

Tahir’s professional journey

Tahir Raj Bhasin began his film journey with ‘Kismat Love Paisa Dilli’ in 2012 and made a brief appearance in ‘Kai Po Che!’. He later featured in Devika Bhagat’s romantic comedy ‘One by Two’. However, his major breakthrough came in 2014 when he took on the lead role of Karan Rastogi, a Delhi-based human trafficking kingpin, in Pradeep Sarkar’s crime thriller ‘Mardaani’, opposite Rani Mukerji. The character was reportedly inspired by the hit American series ‘Breaking Bad’. In 2016, he portrayed the antagonist in the action spy thriller ‘Force 2’, co-starring John Abraham and Sonakshi Sinha. Over the years, Tahir has also appeared in notable films such as ‘83’, ‘Chhichhore’, and ‘Looop Lapeta’. Go to Source
