Ranbir Kapoor and Sunny Deol to shoot for ‘Ramayana’

According to the Pinkvilla report, Ranbir Kapoor’s shooting schedule has been reshuffled. The report stated that due to Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s health issues, his film ‘Love and War’ has been pushed further. The actor will resume shooting for the SLB film around May 2026. Because of this, he will shoot for Nitesh Tiwari’s directorial between March and May.

An insider told the publication, “RK aims to complete a significant portion of his shoot for the mythological epic between March and May.”The report further stated that Kapoor currently sports a clean-shaven look for his role as Lord Ram. The source added, “The look aligns with the visual continuity planned for the film, which is expected to expand the scale and storytelling established in the first part.”The report further stated that Sunny Deol, who plays Lord Hanuman, will also shoot in the upcoming schedule. Reportedly, Ranbir has already started filming for his scenes in Mumbai. Sunny Deol will join the set around March 20, 2026. According to the report, the schedule includes scenes between Lord Ram and Lord Hanuman.
