In the final season, Antony Starr’s character, Homelander, will be seen driven by an obsession to attain immortality. This relentless pursuit leads him to awaken his father, Soldier Boy, portrayed by Ackles, from cryogenic stasis. The stirring moment in the trailer is marked by Soldier Boy’s bewildered question, “Did you f*** me?” as he awakens dressed in just his underwear and a comical “Sorry, Snowflake” top.Although details of the trio’s specific roles have not been revealed, the trailer shows a glimpse of them in vibrant and flashy attire inside a lavish mansion, suggesting a shift in their character arcs.

Mystery roles teased for Padalecki and Collins

The trailer also illustrates high-stakes drama, with scenes featuring Collins’ character in a precarious position, being choked by Soldier Boy. This teases a tapestry of confrontations and alliances skillfully woven over the years by Eric Kripke, the showrunner behind ‘The Boys’ and creator of ‘Supernatural.’ Over the years, other cast members from the long-running series have transitioned into roles in ’The Boys,’ enriching the shared universe.
