A fresh wave of explosions has been reported in Tehran as Israel intensified its military strikes on Iran. Multiple blasts were heard across different parts of the Iranian capital, with state media confirming significant aerial activity. Reports suggest Israeli forces targeted air defense systems and possibly key military or political installations. This escalation follows strong statements from Iranian leadership rejecting negotiations and vowing intensified retaliation. Shortly after the strikes in Tehran, explosions were also reported in northern Israel, including Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, where air-raid sirens sounded and civilians were instructed to move into bomb shelters. Israel’s Iron Dome air defense system was activated to intercept incoming missiles. While Iran has attempted retaliatory strikes targeting Israeli cities and U.S. positions in West Asia, reports indicate limited success so far. With both sides continuing aerial assaults, regional tensions remain at a peak, and the possibility of broader escalation looms large.
