K-pop veteran Shinji of the iconic group Koyote has shared a batch of radiant wedding photos with fiancé Moon Won giving fans a sweet preview of their love story ahead of their big day. The couple, who went public with their romance last year, posted the joyful images on social media on February 27, 2026, simply captioned “Wedding Photoshoot”. These snapshots put to rest lingering rumors and showcased their undeniable chemistry, as they prepare to tie the knot on May 2 at Raum Art Center in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam, Seoul.

A love story born right in the spotlight

Shinji, real name Lee Ji Sun, and Moon Won, real name Park Sang Moon, first crossed paths through broadcasting circles. Their bond sparked during Shinji’s time as DJ on MBC Standard FM’s ‘Single Bungle Show’. Seven years her junior, Moon Won caught attention early, finishing fourth on JTBC’s ‘Hidden Singer 1’ in 2013 during the Yoon Min Soo episode and later shining on MBC’s ‘Trot National Festival’ in 2020. Last June 23, eagle-eyed fans spotted them during a wedding photoshoot in Seoul, prompting Shinji to confirm their relationship. “At first, I denied it at the office, but they knew too much about the shoot, so I couldn’t deny it,” she shared with a laugh. In January 2026, Shinji opened up about their journey. According to Star News Korea she quoted, “As we spent time together, we grew closer, built trust, I became grateful that I had someone wholly on my side, and we were able to rely on each other, so we became even stronger,” she wrote. “We know well the affectionate concern and worries of many people. We will not forget them and, with an unchanging and consistent posture, move forward in step, one step at a time”

Overcoming rumours with grace

Their announcement drew swift backlash when unverified claims surfaced about Moon Won’s past, including rumors of him being divorced with a child. Shinji addressed this head-on via her YouTube channel, sharing documents to debunk the falsehoods. “Hello, I’m Shin Ji. I sincerely thank all of you for supporting and caring for me for 27 years, who are lacking in many ways, and I’m going to officially announce the most important wedding in my life,” she stated. “I’m grateful that we’ve been together… Moon Won and I are planning to have a wedding in May, the beginning of the second act of my life”

Radiant photos steal the show

The released photos capture pure bliss. Shinji stuns in a pure white off-shoulder wedding dress, exuding elegant freshness alongside vibrant red and black outfits that highlight her lively charm. Moon Won complements her in sharp black suits, his warm smile adding reliability to their pair. Outdoor shots and a silhouette dress moment emphasize their visual harmony, with fans gushing “Bless you,” “A goddess, literally,” and “It’s a full-on photo shoot”. One image shows her beaming post-makeup and hair styling, captioned “Let’s go”.Shinji, a Koyote mainstay since 1998, continues thriving in music and variety, now embracing this new chapter.
