For Bollywood’s fitness enthusiasts, Alaya F has fast become the name to watch. Unlike many young stars who stick to one routine, the actress constantly experiments – be it yoga, Pilates, or strength training. Her Instagram is a dynamic showcase of this discipline, often filled with high-intensity snippets that inspire fans to rethink their own fitness journeys. In her latest reel, Alaya pushed boundaries once again by performing a sequence of advanced arm-balancing yoga poses on just two blocks.

Sharing her fitness video, Alaya F wrote, “Three poses, two blocks, one focused Alaya.”

The caption perfectly summed up her sequence, which highlighted not only her physical strength and flexibility but also her calm determination.

Take a look at the video here.

Pendant Pose: Strength in Stillness

Alaya began with a variation of the Pendant Pose (Lolasana). Seated cross-legged, she pressed her palms into the yoga blocks and lifted her entire body off the ground. The posture, deceptively simple in appearance, demanded immense core engagement and arm strength, along with steady shoulders.

Crow Pose: Trusting Balance

Next came the Crow Pose (Bakasana). Balancing her knees on her upper arms, Alaya leaned forward and lifted her feet gracefully, this time perched on yoga blocks for added difficulty. The pose not only strengthened her wrists and core but also showcased mental focus, since even a small slip could send her tumbling forward.

Firefly Pose: A True Test of Control

She concluded with Firefly Pose (Tittibhasana), one of yoga’s most challenging balances. With her legs extended outward and her torso supported entirely by her arms, Alaya displayed exceptional flexibility and core strength.

What set this fitness reel apart was the poise with which Alaya approached each posture. No signs of strain, only calm determination. For her followers, it was more than just a workout. It was a reminder that discipline and consistency can turn even the hardest poses into second nature.
