“It’s still on the studio shelf”: TPUSA clears air after Candace Owens speculates on Charlie Kirk wedding photo moved by Erika Kirk

“It’s still on the studio shelf”: TPUSA clears air after Candace Owens speculates on Charlie Kirk wedding photo moved by Erika Kirk

Erika Kirk is facing fresh questions online after viewers noticed something small in the background of her December 2025 interview. The photo of her and her late husband, Charlie Kirk, that once sat on a bookshelf in his home office did not appear where people expected it. Soon, social media users began to wonder if she had moved it. Some even linked it to earlier claims that she had kept everything in the house exactly the same after his assassination. As the posts spread, Turning Point USA stepped in. A spokesperson for the group told Newsweek that the photo was not removed from the room. They explained that Erika Kirk had simply placed it on a lower shelf so her daughter could reach it. The spokesperson said, “Erika moved it to a lower shelf when her daughter asked to see it so she could hold and look at the photo. It’s still on the studio shelf, just lower down where her daughter can look at it whenever she’s in there with her mom.”

LEAKED Call? Candace Owens Says TPUSA Held Secret Zoom After Charlie Kirk Died

Candace Owens questions missing wedding photo of Charlie Kirk as TPUSA responds with clarification

The issue began when online users compared two moments. In Charlie Kirk’s September 8 livestream, the wedding photo could clearly be seen on the bookshelf behind him. But in Erika Kirk’s December 2025 interview with Glenn Beck, the frame was no longer in that same spot. That difference led to sharp comments on X, including one post from Ginny Robinson that accused Erika of removing the picture. Candace Owens then joined the conversation. Replying on X, she wrote, “It’s entirely possible Charlie removed it when he removed his wedding ring the night before. When they had a priest come pray over them and their marriage…” She later discussed the topic on her YouTube channel. In the video, she questioned Erika’s earlier statements about leaving everything untouched.Candace Owens said, “During that interview, she was playing the part, as you are about to see, of ‘This is my first time back in his office.’ And she keeps looking down and she says, ‘Sorry, I’m looking down. I’m just looking at all of these things that Charlie left over on his desk.’” She added, “The obvious insinuation to the public being that she had not yet traversed into that space… and yet, curiously, that wedding photo is missing. Okay. The internet was correct to call that out.”Still, Candace Owens also suggested another possibility. She said, “Charlie himself moved the frame, and he would have had to do this on the 9th, the day before his assassination.” She called it a “genuine oversight” and noted that the family and team may not have focused on small background details during such a painful time.Earlier in December, Erika Kirk had written on Instagram about keeping Charlie’s belongings the same. She shared, “I’ve kept everything in the home still the same after these several months, your socks still on the floor, your shoes by the door, your vitamins everywhere on the counter. That’s how it’ll stay.” She also wrote, “I owe the world nothing.”For now, TPUSA’s statement to Newsweek stands as the only confirmed update. The wedding photo, they say, was moved lower on the same shelf, not removed. Go to Source
