Breaking News: Tragic Classroom Shooting Shakes Tarn Taran Law College Student Kills Peer and Self

A horrifying incident unfolded today at Mai Bhago Law College in Usma village, Tarn Taran, where a first-year student identified as Prince Raj shot his classmate, Sandeep Kaur, before ending his own life. The chilling event occurred around 9:00 AM, just as students were settling in for their first lecture. CCTV footage from the classroom reveals a brief interaction between the two, after which Prince Raj pulled a pistol from his bag and shot Sandeep in the head at point-blank range. Immediately after, he reloaded the weapon and turned it on himself. Both students died on the spot. While the police, led by DSP Jagbir Singh, are investigating the motive, preliminary reports suggest a possible case of one-sided love or a personal dispute. The incident has raised grave concerns over campus security and the rising gun culture in Punjab, as a student was able to bring a firearm into a classroom undetected.
