‘Border 2’ opened to mixed reviews in theaters. The Sunny Deol starrer is a spiritual sequel to the 1997 iconic war drama ‘Border’. The makers leveraged the Republic Day week to boost the box office numbers, and it worked in their favor. However, from the 11th day since its release, the movie started witnessing a downward trend in collections. Let’s take a look at how much it earned on its Day 13.

‘Border 2’ box office collection Day 13 (second Wednesday)

The film collected Rs 30 crore on its release day, while it raked in Rs 59 crore on the Republic Day. And according to the Sacnilk report, the movie has earned Rs 4 crore on Day 13 (second Wednesday). The total collection of the movie in India is now Rs 290.75 crore.Meanwhile, as per the report, the worldwide collection of the film stands at Rs 397.25 crore.

However, this time, the makers decided to showcase stories of different war heroes from various battlefronts—Army, Navy, and Air Force.Directed by Anurag Singh, the movie has been co-produced by Nidhi Dutta, daughter of JP Dutta, the filmmaker who helmed the iconic 1997 film ‘Border’.
